Information you provide
When you use our contact form or email us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, and project details.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to you, assess whether a project is a fit, continue a business conversation, and protect the website from misuse. We do not sell personal information.
Form processing
Our contact form is processed by Formspree. Information submitted through the form is sent to Formspree and then delivered to Keva Labs. Their handling of that information is also governed by Formspree’s privacy policy.
Analytics and cookies
If you accept analytics cookies, this website uses Google Analytics to measure visits, referrers, devices, and interactions. Google Analytics is not loaded until you choose “Accept all.” We disable advertising storage, Google Signals, and ad-personalisation features. Basic server logs may still be created by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the inquiry, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.
